NOVARGE is aiming to work and get ready for the future of the digital world together. NOVARGE is providing online training on various subjects including entrepreneurship, robotic coding, the use of MS Office tools, and effective speaking, NOVARGE is also providing both consultancy services and logistic support for conducting research, data analysis, and collecting data in different fields.
Apart from the trainings mentioned below, as an institution, we provide the requested trainings by creating an expert staff who has competent knowledge and experience in the field and canprovide training at the quality and standards of the institution.
Within this context, NOVARGE has recently successfully conducted the “Entrepreneurship and Business Plan Development Training” (explained in detail under Ref 1), “Social Cohesion and Learning Activities Training for Primary and Secondary School Teachers” (explained in detail under Ref 2) and “Social Cohesion and Learning Activities Training for Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School Teachers” (explained in detail under Ref 3) trainings and provided requested services. NOVARGE has prepared a 16-hour training content with Gazi University within the scope of the Early School Leaving (ESL) themed project supported by the EU. This training served to participants from 4 different countries with the help of the distance education platform developed by NOVARGE. This system is still active at https://esl.novarge.com.tr.
Within the scope of the “COVID-19 Economic Recovery Program” project carried out in cooperation with Habitat Association and Youth Business International Network with the support of Standard Charter Bank, a total of 300 SMEs, entrepreneurs and entrepreneur candidates in order to increase the resilience of Micro, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises that were adversely affected by the pandemic throughout Turkey. We develop program and prepared the guidance book as well as gave the "Financial Transformation Training" program for 449 people online between 08 April 2022 and 23 November 2022, for 10 sessions. We successfully completed the CCNA Training in August 2021 with the participation of 50 Syrians and Turks under the Information and Communication Technology trainings for Habitat Association. We also successfully completed Python training between the dates of 8 January and 13 March 2022 for young Syrians and Turks for Habitat Association. In addition, we signed contract with Habitat Association to organize “Financial Transformation Trainings” to SMEs and organized 4 trainings till now with the participation of nearly 190 people.
NOVARGE can provide certified trainings to participants who pass the certification exam in accordance with the protocols signed with the continuous education centres of Ankara Science University and University of Turkish Aeronautical Association. Based on these protocols the trainees successfully completed the trainings and pass the certification exam can receive approved certificate of relevant universities. Certified trainings that NOVARGE has provided include:
1- PYTHON Programming Basic Level Training: 322 of our students completed the training and were entitled to receive certificates.
2- Robotic Coding Basic Level: With the “Robotic Coding” training approved by the University of Turkish Aeronautical Association,

4- Training of Robotic Coding Trainer
5- Robotic Coding Advanced Level
6- KVKK Specialization Training (Personal Data Protection Law)
7- Human Resources Specialization Training
and many more with a large number of beneficiaries.
